  • Remote Access Support Service

We will provide support to solve problems with server or network systems through remote access via the Internet. (Remote Control System – RCS)

 

  • On-Site Support Service

Under terms of the contract, on-site support is provided to customers to solve various kind of problems.

 

  • Periodic Support Service

Customers who receive periodic maintenance are provided with general maintenance services for the products with intervals specified in the contract. During periodic maintenance, the devices are checked and malfunctions are eliminated. Sustainability is ensured by performance protection.

 

  • Support Service via Phone

As soon as the call comes from the contracted organization, the call center will immediately respond to the customer’s request. If there is a problem that can be solved on the phone, the problem is solved, if the problem is not resolved by telephone, on-site support is provided under the terms of customer support agreement.
